Batch produced in our copper pot still, Fat Betty, for the purest finish, creating a smooth and creamy vodka. Next the potatoes are transferred to a traditional copper pot still where steam is used to raise the temperature and encourage distillation. After the distillation process finishes then you are left with 3 different batches of spirit, the head the heart and the tail. It is a single-estate vodka, meaning that the base ingredients used for the vodka are produced on site (including the apples used for Naked Chase Apple Vodka).Bright and fruity from first opening, Hennessy also has undertones of oak and once in the mouth flavours of nutty grilled almonds and a hint of fresh grapes are released. unless we get written confirmation from you that this is acceptable and that you will take full responsibilty if the parcel goes missing. The heart is the good spirit and this batch is taken through the entire 42 bubble plate process again ending up with a spirit at 96% ABV.

The team welcome visitors to poke their noses around the distillery and surrounding orchards, with taster-heavy tours available to all. The spirit is then diluted with pure water that is taken from the aquifer underneath the orchard to around 50% ABV. The Herefordshire made Chase Vodka was one of the first in the new wave of craft distilleries to place provenance and process back at the heart of its vodka. It’s a 10 year ageing process which ensures Gran Centenario Plata is a silver tequila with depth and standout characteristics which make it memorable.Let’s be real, when you close your eyes and think of the English countryside, vodka is hardly the first thing that comes to mind.
