With a slim, compact shape, you can easily take it with you when you travel, or participate in outdoor events. If your microwave oven is small--17 litre or less--or your turntable is less than 25 cm diameter or rotation of the pack is impeded in any way, you should not use that microwave to heat your Hottie in the normal way. Simply place it in the microwave and heat according to the instructions provided, and the Micro-Hottie will provide therapeutic warmth for up to four hours. It has come to our attention that Hottie thermal packs are being damaged by use in the small chamber microwave ovens that are now on the market.He loves how soft it is, and the warmth and lavender are very soothing and certainly seem to do the job.
